If you need to patch it after installing Ordinator: I THINK not, as far as I know it's purely optional, so that other NPC's also have it, but i might be mistaken. That was stated somewhere on the ASIS Comments Page and works perfectly fine. Run the Patcher and Overwrite the edited version of the USKP with the Backup after it's done.
